We begin by:

• completing your loan application from your home or work via an electronic invitation where you can see my computer as if you were sitting at my office. (I do this to provide financing with the least interruption to your schedule as possible.)
• Next you get an emailed list of the items needed to validate your eligibility for the loan you would be needing.
• I scan your personal financial documents (taxes, income documents, & asset statements.)
• Your disclosures are emailed and you open them as consent (instead of multiple signatures.)
• After that I would have my team work with our in-house Underwriter and secure the loan that best meets your long and short term financial goals.

The process is presently taking 12-20 days. Add an extra 7 days for USDA/Rural Loans.
